In August I got to work on a super fun photoshoot for Portland-via-London-online-store Mrs. Prints, shooting a bunch of Danish Danefae raincoats. The order for the day was to celebrate the modern and fun vibe of Scandinavian design with a nod to Portland lifestyle. We shot around S.E. Belmont by the Avalon Theater, old firehouse, Canteen, and the food cart pod where we took a break for some Coconut Lemon Saffron ice cream from Fifty Licks (my favorite flavor ever!).
The motto of Mrs. Prints is "Fall in love with rain again" and hailing from Portland where April showers last until July, I need all the help I can get in that department. My usual color palette tends to lean towards Navy/Black/Grey/Brown but after spending the day with these happy colors, I'm rethinking that.

Whoever was handling the Digital Cameras deserves a lot of praise. Those are an honest-to-goodness amazing bunch of photos he took.
