This was a really special project for me. For starters it took place at the same time and place, Laurelhurst Park, that I shot the very last lookbook for my store Le Train Bleu one year ago. To make it even more meaningful, it was for my friend Megan's beautiful store Summerland. Summerland feels like family to me--I first met Megan several years back when she interned as a fashion design student for Le Train Bleu. She soon went on to manage the flagship store in Portland's Pearl District and is now 2 years into weaving a beautiful story with her own online boutique Summerland, which is dreamy and feminine but also a lot of fun and a little tongue in cheek (LOL Cat Blazers and Zodiac Incense!).
It was so fun to be behind the camera in this beautiful setting shooting outfit after outfit that I loved. That Beauchamp Lace Dress is the stuff dreams are made of and I can't stop thinking about the cool chambray tie front blouse (such an amazing design).

Thank you so much Bria, it was beyond special having you help with this project! I am so impressed with the photos and the response has been phenomenal. Also I didn't put together that the last LTB shoot was at Laurelhurst, aw. I am so thankful for everything I have learned from you and I'm excited for more collaborations in the future! xo
Gorgeous!!
