It seems my moonlighting over at my garden blog Bell and Star has paid off--I have just been awarded both the Judges and People Choice Award for best blog in the Gardening category in the Country Living Blue Ribbon Blogger Awards. The 8 winners were selected from 2,830 submissions. Wow! I'm still not quite sure how this happened but I'm enjoying my 15 minutes of gardening fame. Look for me and the other winners in the Dec/Jan issue of Country Living Magazine.
Thank you to the Beekman Boys and other judges who picked me and to all my readers and friends who voted for me for the People's Choice award. It warmed my heart each time I heard somebody tell me they had voted for me. I'm so honored!
